I’m being totally honest when I say I’m not one for giving a review but my mind changed when, quite by chance, my husband and I happened upon Newport Floor Covering on 17th and decided to have a peek. We had been meaning to replace our master-bedroom and closet carpets for a long time but could never get the wherewithal to do so. Thank goodness we found Newport Floor Covering!! and, especially Debbie, who took a special interest and gave us all kinds of insights into carpeting. We thought it would be easy - just walk in choose a colour and have a carpet installed! But Debbie’s experience and firsthand knowledge told us otherwise. She helped us with the quality, make and colour; even made a special effort to come to our home to ensure our final choice would work. We have never worked with anyone so professional before, and someone who really did care about their client. With Debbie, it was never about money, only client satisfaction. What more can I say! For those looking for carpet, Newport Floor Covering is a must!!
